or Salaried Employment: Original W-2 for the last 2 years AND Copy
of Original paycheck stub showing year-to-date income (1 month worth of
paystubs) Self-Employment, Sole Proprietor/Owner/
President: Complete copy of last 2 years 1040's federal tax return
Copy of year-to-date Profit and Loss statement Original W-2 or 1099
for the past year (if applicable) Original paycheck stub showing year-to-date
income (if applicable) Retirement Income:
Original Social Security Award Letter or Pension Award Letter 2001 & 2002
1099's Rental Income: Copy of lease
or rental agreement for all properties (1 year) Copy of complete tax return
for previous year (including Schedule E) Other Income
(For child support, alimony or separate maintenance, provide): 1-year history
of receipt AND 3 months bank statements showing the deposit copy of the
fully executed divorce decree, if applicable AND Evidence of 3-months to 1
full year (depending on underwriter) of receipt of payments Asset
